Rosalyn A. MetzgerMediator
Rosalyn A. Metzger joined Rotolo Karch Law in January 2017 where she focuses on Family Law Mediation.
Ms. Metzger began her law career in 1994 upon her graduation from Seton Hall University School of Law. In 1997, she became a sole practitioner concentrating on all aspects of Family Law, with a special focus on alternative dispute resolution, including the processes of mediation, parenting coordination, and collaborative divorce. In this way, Ms. Metzger works to help clients as they strive to lead successful post-separation or post-divorce lives.
Accredited by the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM) as a Family and Divorce Mediator, Ms. Metzger was awarded a Certificate of Divorce Mediation in 1995 by Rutgers University. She also is approved as a mediator in both civil and family matters by the Administrative Office of the Courts of the State of New Jersey.
Ms. Metzger completed her training as a Collaborative Law Professional in 2009 and since then has served as a trainer for colleagues pursuing instruction in Collaborative Law. She has served as an Ethics Presenter for the Hunterdon County Bar Association and as a panel member for the Bar’s 2016 presentation on “Child Abuse and Neglect Issues in Family Court.”
Recipient of the Hunterdon County Bar Association’s Professional Lawyer of the Year for 2009, Ms. Metzger was also nominated for the James B. Boskey ADR Practitioner of the Year award in 2014.
In 2016, Ms. Metzger was selected for membership to the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators and was included on the list of New Jersey Super Lawyers for the years 2015, 2016, and 2017 as well as being selected to the list of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers for 2017.
